ACCLAIM FOR OCCULT

Occult is, by far, the most exciting twist on E.S.P. cards that I have seen for a long time. This is the Extra. Special. Power-up. You’ve been looking for.

Finally, ESP for weirdos!

Kaleb has given Zener cards a much needed facelift, perfect for the bizarre performer. Killer art work, durable and can be cleaned after those messy performances. These have haunted my wallet everyday since receiving them. I’m a proud member of the “Occult Cult” and you should be too. Drink the kool aid and pick up a set!
— Jordan Jonas

I can’t say anything better than I will be using them in professional performances and I’ve just ordered another set.
— RICH RELISH

DEVILISH!

Occult is bloody great!! The cards are very lovely, and yet they could withstand a nuclear attack!

And how much gold is there in Kaleb’s accompanying instructions. The routine itself is very clever and layers several principles to preclude any backtracking. It’s also very easy, which is why a ham fisted buffoon like me loves it so much!!

The gems in the instructions may also be applicable to many things that many of us may already do......which may sound cryptic but who cares.
Bottom line ....I love it.
— Steve Cross

The first two phases made me smile as to the cleverness of the routine but the third and fourth phases made me think ‘you clever bugger Kaleb’.

I will be performing this and it will have a place in my wallet as an EDC.
If you like bizzare mentalism then this will suit you down to a tee. Perfect for all year round and not just Halloween. 10/10

Eugene Burger liked to tell magicians, “don’t ask what’s new, ask what’s old”. Kaleb has done this; and - in a magic feat worthy of the great departed wizard himself - also made something kind of new with it. And with more useful and durable materials (the cards are nicely pliable and pretty indestructible). Those of us who have long been doing ESP effects, have had moments of wishing there was something cooler than those symbols. Well. Now there is!

If you haven’t got into ESP effects, I’d sseriously start here.

I may be a little late to Kaleb’s Cult of Occult, but I’m a very willing convert. If you haven’t already seen them, Occult is a set of premium quality plastic cards featuring 5 ‘bizarre’ style images - crystal ball, ankh, planchette, skull, and a sketch of David Blaine’s hand (ok, it’s an all-seeing-eye). The images make a nice change from the usual Zenner ESP symbols and will suit those performers who want something a little different that might lend itself to some spookier presentations.

There is a download link to a PDF that very clearly explains Kaleb’s strong (and EASY) 4-phase routine, where you reveal the thought of images of two participants. The reveals Kaleb teaches are solid, but there is room for your own creativity. Did I mention that the cards have plain white backs? Yep, unmarked. Kaleb also has a strong out should you have a more handsy participant, Oh, and there’s a great prediction routine that uses a sneaky extra card that comes with the set. AND there’s a double backer should you want to break out your usual ESP matching routine.

Come on, join the Occult Cult.
